Welcome to Le Télégramme – Journal! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Le Télégramme – Journal mobile application (“App”), website (if applicable), and any associated services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Le Télégramme (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services.

  • User Content: You may be able to submit content to the Services, such as comments or other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with the Services and our business.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel before the end of a billing cycle, you may not receive a refund for the remainder of that cycle, but your access to the subscribed content will continue until the end of the cycle.

7. Termination

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THE SERVICES AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Le Télégramme, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
